Gamescom 2024<\/a> is happening now in Cologne, Germany, and the event’s annual awards show took place on August 23. In this gallery, we’re running through all the categories and winners. The winners are listed in bold.<\/p>\n

Some of the categories include Best Visuals, Best Gameplay, and Most Wholesome. There are platform-specific categories, too, covering Xbox, PlayStation, and PC. There is usually a Nintendo Switch category, but it was canceled this year because it received “too few submissions,” a spokesperson told TheGamer.<\/a><\/p>\n

As you’ll see in the gallery below, Little Nightmares 3 and Monster Hunter: Wilds were the biggest winners. <\/p>\n

As for the big news, Gamescom Opening Night Live delivered lots of big and exciting announcements–here’s all the big news. <\/a><\/p>\n

Publishers pay <\/a>to have their games considered for nomination. The rate is \u20ac440 for consideration in one category, \u20ac800 for consideration in up to three categories, and \u20ac200 per additional category. Those who have booth space in Gamescom’s indie area get a 50% fee reduction on these prices.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
