If you&#8217;ve encountered <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">this error message: &#8220;<strong>Unlock Failed<\/strong>&#8221; when you are trying to add new instances in Multi-Drive<\/span>, you could resolve this manually before it&#8217;s fixed in our future update.<\/p>\n<p>(this is a known bug for some PC types that we&#8217;ve scheduled to fix, sorry for the trouble that Nox caused you).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Follow the instructions below:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Step 1<\/span>: Close NoxPlayer.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Step 2<\/span>: <strong>right-click<\/strong> the icon of NoxPlayer on your desktop and<strong> open file location,\u00a0<\/strong>you&#8217;ll be directed to the <strong>bin folder<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/res09.bignox.com\/moniqi-blog\/en-bignox-blog\/2021\/10\/open-file-location.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-7564\" src=\"https:\/\/res09.bignox.com\/moniqi-blog\/en-bignox-blog\/2021\/10\/open-file-location.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"430\" height=\"568\" \/><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/res09.bignox.com\/moniqi-blog\/en-bignox-blog\/2021\/10\/noxplayerexe.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7565\" src=\"https:\/\/res09.bignox.com\/moniqi-blog\/en-bignox-blog\/2021\/10\/noxplayerexe.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"571\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Step 3<\/span>: download <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1TvBy-PpN3LejNs80XDmbo66tD9Qxk9T_\/view?usp=sharing\">this fixed exe file<\/a><\/strong> (which we&#8217;ve uploaded to Google Drive), <strong>paste<\/strong> it to the bin folder to <strong>replace<\/strong> the original file (also named &#8220;NoxPack&#8221;) with the new one.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1TvBy-PpN3LejNs80XDmbo66tD9Qxk9T_\/view?usp=sharing\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-7566 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/res09.bignox.com\/moniqi-blog\/en-bignox-blog\/2021\/10\/exe.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"159\" height=\"154\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Step 4<\/span>: Launch NoxPlayer again and try adding new instances in Multi-Drive! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you have any questions, feel free to contact us via the<strong> Feedback<\/strong> tab inside of NoxPlayer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hi dear users!
