If it&#8217;s still not working after rebooting Nox, please uninstall the game and reinstall it to test if it works.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8221\" src=\"https:\/\/res09.bignox.com\/moniqi-blog\/en-bignox-blog\/2022\/01\/uninstall.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"294\" height=\"354\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Note: Long-press the app icon to uninstall it.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>If it&#8217;s still not working, follow the steps below to resolve the issue:<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Hi guys, if you&#8217;ve encountered the crashing (upon startup) issue of Grand Chase after its recent update, no worries, <strong>you could resolve this temporarily by switching to the Android 9 version of NoxPlayer<\/strong>. The game currently crashes on Android 7 32-bit and 64-bit and our devs are already working on it.\u00a0<strong>Follow the steps below to switch to Android 9 and install the game again on the new emulator instance.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Open <strong>Multi-Drive<\/strong> on your toolbar &gt;&gt; 2. click <strong>add emulator<\/strong> &gt;&gt; 3. add a new <strong>Android 9 emulator instance. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>And then <strong>launch the new emulator<\/strong>, <strong>install the game again on the new emulator<\/strong> and you&#8217;ll get it running as usual.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8196\" src=\"https:\/\/res09.bignox.com\/moniqi-blog\/en-bignox-blog\/2022\/01\/step.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1640\" height=\"774\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Click the &#8220;run&#8221; button to run the new emulator:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8197\" src=\"https:\/\/res09.bignox.com\/moniqi-blog\/en-bignox-blog\/2022\/01\/B6BC7B08-84D7-494a-8A9F-2D12512307B4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"790\" height=\"71\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>If you cannot find an Android 9 system listed in the window of Multi-Drive, you&#8217;ll need to upgrade to the latest version of NoxPlayer. Follow the steps below to upgrade Nox<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>1. First, link your game(s) to your Google, Facebook, or any social media account(s)\u00a0<strong>(please do not uninstall the emulator directly without account-binding or you will lose your important in-game data)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2.
