What are the requirements?
You must have a mobile phone number (sign up is by SMS) and a smartphone with a SIM card. You also need a highbandwidth connection, whether mobile (3G, 4G) or WiFi.
Subscriptions, plans and reimbursement
To be able to make calls to people who don't have the Rogervoice application, you must have a Rogervoice subscription which covers the cost of calls.
