Solutions for the known issues in Honkai: Star Rail

Issue 1:

Some Android devices experienced crashes when playing the animated cutscenes.

Solutions:

• Go to [Settings]-[Graphic Settings] and set the [Graphic Quality] to [Medium]

OR 

• G0 to [Settings]- [Other Settings] and set the [Display Settings] to [Normal Mode] before restarting the game.

 

Issue 2: 

Some Android devices experienced black screen when playing the animated cutscenes or after changing characters.

Solution:

Set the [Display Settings] to [Normal Mode] and restart the game.

If the issue persists, you can provide feedback via the Customer Service out of game.
