Shaymin Makes Its Global Debut In Pokemon Go

Shaymin, known as the Gratitude Pokémon, is making its global debut in Pokemon Go, starting on April 20 at 10 AM local time.

This Pokemon was initially made available during Pokemon Go Fest 2022, but now, players from all over the world will have a chance to catch the creature. To do so, players will need to complete the Special Research during Sustainability Week, which runs from April 20-26. This will give players access to the Shaymin in its Land Forme for free.

An excerpt from a Pokemon Go blog post reads:

“It turns out that Shaymin has been sighted in the area, but Professor Willow needs your help to track it down! Assist Professor Willow, and perhaps the gratitude you show on the way will be key to finding this elusive Pokemon.”

Players who initially encountered Shaymin during Go Fest 2022 will have an opportunity to encounter the Pokemon again this week.
