Fortnite Leak Reveals Miles Morales And Spider-Man 2099’s In-Game Looks

Epic Games recently published a short video teasing the release of Miles Morales in Fortnite. The company didn’t show off any assets, but thanks to a leaker, it appears we now know what Miles Morales–as well as Spider-Man 2099–will look like in-game.

The leaker, known as Shiina on Twitter, shared images of Miles Morales’ version of Spider-Man and Spider-Man 2099 in Fortnite. Epic Games has yet to reveal when the new Spider-Man crossover will take place, but according to Fortnite leaker iFireMonkey, it will run from May 18 to June 8.

The crossover will apparently offer new quests, fresh Web Shooters, and a Miles Morales skin, which will supposedly come to the Item Shop. Expect multiple Miles Morales cosmetics (such as Emotes, Back Blings, and Outfits) available from the Item Shop, just like previous character skins.

Spider-Gwen will also apparently come to the Fortnite map as an NPC. It’s unclear if Spider-Man 2099 will also be buyable from the Item Shop, or if the skin will be obtainable from an in-game quest.

This Fortnite crossover coincides with the upcoming release of Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, which will release in theaters on June 2. The animated film focuses on Miles Morales and serves as a sequel to 2018’s Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.
