Overall Tier List

Like all gacha games, characters in Goddess of Victory Nikke are available in three grades: SSR, SR, and R. All characters belong to three roles; Attacker, Defender, and Supporter. However, it’s too naive to judge a character by its rating. Therefore, the tier list is much better. The following NIKKE tier list ranks the characters in these tiers:

Supporter Tier List: 

Tier 1:

Liter: Regular skill inflicts DMG. Burst skill boost allies’ ATK. SSR character, using SMG as a weapon.

Pepper: Regular skill inflicts DMG. Burst skill inflicts DMG on enemies, restores allies’ HP, and increases buff max stack count. Active skill inflicts DMG. Passive skill restores HP – affects allies. SSR character, using a Shotgun as a weapon.

Tier 2: 

Exia: Regular skill inflicts DMG. Possess skills that lower ATK/DEF of enemies. SSR character, using a Sniper Rifle as a weapon.

Neon: Regular skill inflicts DMG. Boosts CRIT of allies with skills. SR character, using a Shotgun as a weapon.

Dolla: Regular skill inflicts DMG. Burst inflicts DMG. Active skill boosts the ATK of allies. Passive boosts CRIT and ATK of allies. SSR character, using a Sniper Rifle as a weapon.

Admi: Regular skill inflicts DMG. Passive boosts charge the DMG of allies. Active skill reduces DMG taken – for the allies with the highest ATK. Burst skill boosts allies’ reloading speed and CRIT rate. SSR character, using a Sniper Rifle as a weapon.

Defender Tier List: 

Tier 1:

Ludmilla: Regular skill inflicts DMG. Burst inflicts DMG on the enemies and boosts the DEF of allies. Passive reduces ATK/DEF of the enemies. Passive triggers taunt – reduces DMG taken for self. SSR character, using SMG as a weapon.

Noah: Regular skill inflicts DMG. Burst inflicts DMG to the enemies and boosts ATK for self. Passive (1) reduces DMG taken for allies. Passive (2) boosts CRIT and grants penetration – affects self. SSR character, using a rocket Launcher as a weapon.

Novel: Regular skill inflicts DMG. Burst skill inflicts DMG on the enemy; Cornucopia, if fully stacked, makes the enemy receive more DMG. Active skill inflicts DMG on the enemies and reduces their DEF. SSR character, using SMG as a weapon.

Harran: Regular skill inflicts DMG. Possess skills that inflict DMG to enemies, DMG over time — grants penetration and increases CRIT rate for self. SR character, using a Sniper Rifle as a weapon.

Tier 2: 

Poli: Regular skill inflicts DMG. Possess skills that boost the ATK and CRIT of allies. Shares DMG. Burst skill has a long CD. SSR character, using Shot Gun as a weapon.

Yuni: Regular skill inflicts DMG. Burst inflicts DMG and immobilizes the enemies. Passive boosts charging speed, restores HP, and increases max HP – affects allies. SSR character, using Rocket Launcher as a weapon.

Tier 3:

Centi: Regular skill inflicts DMG. Burst inflicts DMG and reduces the DEF of enemies. Active grants shield to allies.

Delta: Regular skill inflicts DMG. Passive (1) increases the DEF of allies. Passive (2) inflicts DMG. Burst taunts enemies. Long CD. Mediocre stats. SR character, using a Sniper Rifle as a weapon.

Guillotine: Regular skill inflicts DMG. Burst skill does DMG, even more, when the HP falls below half. Passive improves CRIT DMG, ATK, and CRIT RATE. SSR character, using Machine Gun as a weapon.

Snow White: Regular skill inflicts DMG. Possess skills that improve her CRIT, ATK, and grant penetration. SSR character, using AR as a weapon.

Rapi: Regular skill inflicts DMG. Burst inflicts DMG and boosts DMG. Active skill does DMG. Passive BOOSTS ATK and recovers HP. SR character, using AR as a weapon.

Julia: Regular skill inflicts DMG. Burst skill inflicts DMG. Passive (1) boosts CRIT RATE. SSR character, using AR as a weapon.

Sugar: Regular skill inflicts DMG. Burst skill improves hit rate and ATK SPD for self. Passive (1) improves CRIT DMG and reloading SPD for self. Passive (2) boosts CRIT rate for self and max ammo capacity for allies. SSR character, using shot Gun as a weapon.
